Behind the vision of two extraordinary home design and build professionals - Armaan Lastname and Kris Markowski.
Bondi Pools is the concerted vision of successful real estate developer Armaan Salek and long-time landscape designer/constructor Kris Markowski, both equally passionate about bringing beauty and function to the architectural landscape of Toronto and it's surrounding suburbs.

For Salek, Bondi was born out of his years of experience with residential real estate development. A demanding builder, he has earned a reputation for delivering remarkable residential projects built with both purpose and precision. That's why he decided to channel his architectural vision and building expertise into the pool and landscape arena; to deliver an elegant, quality pool product to satisfy equally demanding clients. "Together with a professional team we ensure that your outdoor living spaces are always full and rich, in order that you may always live well and beautifully," explains Salek.
The themes of refined architectural design and construction quality are apparent in every aspect of Bondi's mission. "When it comes to building, above all else we value form, function and inspired design," explains Markowski, whose own design and construction experience played a part in the Bondi vision. "The result is a simplicity that delineates pure luxury, every time."
For Salek and Markowski, the impressive beautification of residential landscapes across the Greater Toronto Area is a testament to Bondi's success. While blending contemporary architectural styles with cutting-edge design, each property immediately grabs one's attention. Like true pioneers, Bondi's pools are a brand new product to the concrete pool industry, one that reflects a completely new vision for pools: a dramatically higher standard of quality, design, form and function. "We put a lot of effort into elevating the quality of the materials that we use to build our pools and have integrated the commercial grade standards that we are so familiar with. We are the only pool company in Ontario using more concrete, better reinforcing steel and commercial grade finishings," says Salek.
Today, Bondi is one of the top pool builders in Ontario and Canada. Bondi has continued to expand their industry partnerships to bring clients the best level of care, craftsmanship and quality. Salek and Markowski oversee every pool that bears the Bondi name.
